The View Ladies Get Their Emmy!

Finally!

The ladies of The View won the trophies for Best Talk Show Hosts at last night's Daytime Emmy Awards -- and they weren't even there to get them!

Joy Behar, Barbara Walters, Elisabeth Hasslebeck, Sherri Shephard, and Whoopi Goldberg were not in attendance at L.A.'s Orpheum Theater Sunday night -- but that didn't stop them from halting mega-force Ellen DeGeneres from taking home the award for the fifth year in a row.

Other big winners were CBS' The Bold and the Beautiful, who ended their 22-years-without-an-Emmy streak by winning the night's big honor of Outstanding Drama Series. And Guiding Light, which has been cancelled after 72 years, walked away with a statue in the Best Supporting Actor category for Jeff Branson -- who tied with All My Children's Vincent Irizarry.

Winning the big acting awards were The Young and the Restless' Christian LeBlanc for Oustanding Lead Actor, and One life to Live's Susan Haskell for Lead Actress.

Rachael Ray and Tyra Banks also went home with the gold for their chat fests.

All in all a great night for the folks in daytime television.
