The Kids Couldn't Sleep, So Naturally Their Parents Did This

How do you get your kids to stay in bed during the night? Probably not like this!

When parents Refe and Susan Tuma couldn't get their kids to stay in bed at night, they did what any parent would do: They created elaborate and imaginative toy dinosaur scenes during the night in the hopes that it might motivate their kids to stay in bed.

In a post at Medium.com, Refe Tuma explains why they’re keeping what they call Dinovember alive again on Facebook this year. "In a time when the answers to all the world's questions are a web-search away, we want our kids to experience a little mystery," he says. "All it takes is some time and energy, creativity and a few plastic dinosaurs." Who knew?
