This Little Girl Singing With Her Dad Is Freaking Adorable

When 4-year-old Adelaide couldn't get to sleep, a daddy-daughter singalong followed.

There’s cute. And then there’s way cute. And then there’s this video that we might just have to check in with daily when we need an extra dose of -- you guessed it -- adorableness.

Featuring dad Benjamin Ames and Adelaide, his adorable 4-year-old daughter, the YouTube viral clip shows the duo singing “Tonight You Belong to Me” -- Adelaide on lead vocals and trumpet sounds and Dad on pink ukulele.

“She thought she kept hearing fireworks and couldn't sleep, so we sang to keep her mind preoccupied,” Ames (who is a physicist) writes on his YouTube page. “In the end, nothing competes with fireworks.”

NBC News reports the family, from Kansas City, Mo., is living near Innsbruck, Austria, where fireworks are often displayed. Ames says the noise kept Adelaide awake, so he turned to music to calm her.

Watching the girl “shhh” her dad when she thinks fireworks are going off, and then stepping right back into the song is priceless. Kinda like this video.
