Get Around Much? Try The Visited States Map and Show Off Where You've Been

Airport connections count, of course.

This is so cool! The Visited States Map Generator is a tool that lets you mark every state you visited and creates a map you can share.

What we love about this is you don't just check the states you've visited. Nope, you color code places by how much time you've spent there -- from a few hours in an airport to spending a significant amount of time -- and creates a pretty map that lets your friends know (via Facebook, obvi) that you have been to Chicago O'Hare a few times. Finally, those hours spent trying to get comfortable in airport chairs, or driving through the corner of a state on your way somewhere else, count for something.

Canadians and northerners with the travel bug, you didn't get left out. You can also build a map of just the provinces, or you can create a big map of both. This is very handy if you happen to be a Yooper (resident of Michigan's Upper Pennisula) or from Montana.

Want to try it? Visit the map builder and share your map on Facebook or Twitter! Tag us @iVillage -- we want to see where you've been.
