'The Voice' Finale Is Tonight! Who Will Win It All?

Three talented singers -- Nicholas David, Cassadee Pope and Terry McDermott -- will battle it out on tonight's exciting finale

On tonight's live finale of The Voice (NBC, 9 p.m. ET), fans will learn which of the three remaining contestants (Nicholas David, Cassadee Pope and Terry McDermott) will snag a lucrative recording contract. Fact is, all three singers will probably field calls from record companies -- they're all that good -- but only one will be deemed The Voice.

Choosing among these three is like comparing apples and oranges…with some bananas thrown in there, too. So, while we can't necessarily predict the winner, we can break down their chances. Let's take a look…

Nicholas David, Team Cee Lo Green

An eccentric with a scraggly beard, David was the guy no one thought would make it this far. But this recovering alcoholic has a poignant back story and a voice like Aaron Neville, and he's proven he can be both soulful and funky. His greatest strength in this competition, though, is his genuine spirit. David is the real deal, not a puppet who's been taught how to perform. When he throws himself into a song, you believe every word. "Your honesty is always appreciated, your humility is always heartwarming, but your fire tonight burned this house down," Cee Lo Green declared after his performance of a "Great Ball of Fire" medley on Monday night. It would be an upset if he won, but not a total shocker.

Cassadee Pope, Team Blake Shelton

She's so gorgeous and well-choreographed, her next move could be a guest starring role on 90210. There's also no denying Pope's strong vocals, which have done justice to Faith Hill's "Cry," as well as Miranda Lambert's "Over You." When she finished the former song on Monday night, her proud coach said, "I've never heard you sing as good as you did tonight, and that's saying a lot." Pope is a ready-made pop tart in the Shania vein, and her polished vibe would fit in well among today's crop of pop idols. She probably has the best shot at winning.

Terry McDermott, Team Blake Shelton

The mild-mannered Scot has been kicking around the rock music industry for years. As the former lead singer of the rock bands Driveblind and Lotus Crush, he's opened for several established rock acts. At heart, he himself is a classic rocker whose song choices tend to come from bands like The Who and Kansas. On Monday night, he gave an encore performance of Foreigner's "I Want to Know What Love Is," which played well with the studio crowd. Even if he doesn't win this competition -- and it seems unlikely that he'd beat Pope -- his stint on The Voice has raised his profile even further.

So tune in to find out who wins! Or just tune in to see the performances from The Killers, Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson and Rihanna, who are all scheduled to hit the stage, too!
