| 120 ml (4 fl oz) strong-brewed black tea, chilled | Cantaloupe melon, peeled, seeded, and diced | |
| 120 ml (4 fl oz) rice milk | 2 tsp wild-blossom honey | |
| 60 ml (2 fl oz) fresh orange juice | 60 g (2 oz) fresh or frozen strawberries | |
| 1 small banana, cut in pieces | An extra small sliver of melon for garnish |
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass, garnish with a small sliver of melon on the rim, and serve.
