    Ingredients

    120 ml (4 fl oz) strong-brewed black tea, chilled Cantaloupe melon, peeled, seeded, and diced
    120 ml (4 fl oz) rice milk 2 tsp wild-blossom honey
    60 ml (2 fl oz) fresh orange juice 60 g (2 oz) fresh or frozen strawberries
    1 small banana, cut in pieces An extra small sliver of melon for garnish

      Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass, garnish with a small sliver of melon on the rim, and serve.
