Walk the Flight



A great way to get in a cardio workout is to walk a flight of stairs. Pass on the elevator and use the stairs to get to your office or apartment. Or, make a workout out of it and try to walk up and down a flight of stairs in a building or outside until you break a sweat. It’s a free way to get your heart pumping and your lower body toned.
