Another day, another celebrity going to jail! As Lindsay Lohan prepares to pack up her things and head off to prison for charges stemming from her DUI arrest, Warrant rocker Jani Lane gets ready to serve time in the slammer.
The 46-year-old "Cherry Pie" singer was sentenced to 120 days in jail Monday for his most recent alcohol-related arrest -- his second in two years -- after pleading no contest to the charges.
Lane was picked up by police in May, after ramming into a parked car and failing a breathalyzer test. At the time, he was already serving three years probation. In addition to the jail sentence, the musician was ordered to attend a 30-month alcohol-education class. He has also lost his driver's license for the next three years, which means he'll need to find a ride to jail on July 27.
