I've never thought Michelle Duggar might be a little bit crazy before, despite the fact that she has 19 kids. But recently, she decided to go skydiving and I'm thinking she's a little bit off her rocker. I'm a totally neurotic person -- and I've only gotten more fearful after starting a family. We’ve all heard of parents like me who become phobic; acquiring new-found fears of flying, car rides or Zhu Zhu pets. We want to make sure we're all in one piece to see our kids graduate from college and get married, right? And most of us have much fewer than 19 of them.
My second fear, after worrying that Michelle may jump to her death and leave her brood motherless, is that her death-defying feat would make her younger children want to do the same. Yep, knowing one of my own children was purposely going on a plane only to jump out of it would probably give me a spontaneous heart attack. That appears not to be an issue for the Duggar parents: Most of the older ones have already gone skydiving with their father, Jim Bob. For the record, Michelle went along with her daughter Jessa as an 18th birthday gift. What's wrong with giving a nice sweater?
