Why we love it: College students and rental dwellers alike will love this technique for displaying photos without leaving a mark on your wall.
What you need: Scissors; one or two rolls of Washi tape; and a pile of photos. (You might want to grab a friend: It can be helpful to have another set of eyes to help align the photos.)
How to make it: Pre-cut your Washi tape into two different lengths. You will need to measure these against your photos to ensure that the pieces are longer than the sides of your images. Find a spot to store these tape pieces so that you can pull them off as you go; a door frame works perfectly.
Decide on an arrangement that looks good to you and then start adhering photos to the wall using your precut strips. If you have an assistant, ask for help aligning. If you’re going solo, you can keep photos aligned with the door frame, or any other straight surface you can find. They are easy to adjust, so don't worry if it’s not perfect the first time! Carry on until all your photos are up.
Want to rotate your images? Simply peel off your frames and start fresh with a new role of tape!
