Dolly Parton has no trouble keeping up with the times. The 67-year-old country legend appears today on Queen Latifah's talk show, where she'll be seen doing an original rap -- yes, a rap -- that name-checks her goddaughter Miley Cyrus. Check it out:
Wearing a skin-tight bodysuit with gold chains, Parton playfully disses host Queen Latifah in rhyme. And, of course, she cracks some jokes about one of her favorite topics: her boobs.
"Now, I don't hip and I don't hop. I black both eyes with this big top," she raps in the clip. "I know the Queen has got 'em, too. But she don't work 'em like I do!
That "black eye" line is a reference to an old joke about Dolly Parton trying to jog -- which, as it happens, Dolly made up herself.
The "Jolene" singer also mentions twerking, and quips, "Hey, Miley -- I got your wrecking balls right here!"
Hey, Dolly -- can you be our godmother, too?
Despite its timely references, Dolly's rap isn't actually new. She made it up to promote the film Joyful Noise (starring herself and Latifah) in 2012. Watch an older version in the video below -- with the Queen herself on beat box!
