Too Funny! Parents Cry Over 'Les Miz' in New Viral Video

This family's reaction to watching Les Miserables is so funny that even Russell Crowe was amused!

Les Miserables certainly hit the right chord with one Long Island family. In a video that has now gone viral, the parents of a man named Ryan found the Tom Hooper film so emotional that they were still crying on the drive home.

"We've been to funerals that have been less upsetting," the father, George, cries to the camera as his son laughs in glee. "We've been to funerals of family members that I've cried less."

Though we wish someone had suggested George stop driving for a bit until he could compose himself, it was the mother who seemed the most affected by the film. She repeatedly says she can't even speak about Les Miserables because she is so upset -- and also she also declares that the movie is better than the musical. Take that, Adam Lambert!

As for the scenes they found saddest in the film, the mother claims its ending really got her. "At the end, his eyes. He was so old!" she sobs. George chimes in to admit he was a goner from the beginning, saying, "I hear the first note, I start to cry."

The video has since gone viral with over 50,000 views. Even star Russell Crowe has seen it, tweeting, "Classic."

We'd love to hear what Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman have to say about it!
