Watch How Chefs Built the Gingerbread White House

We've seen some pretty elaborate gingerbread houses before, but this one definitely takes the cake. The White House pastry chefs constructed a gingerbread and white chocolate replica of the famed building itself and part of the surrounding grounds, complete with candlesticks, wreaths on each window and Michelle Obama's garden (down to the littlest carrots and Asian eggplants). The entire structure weighs over 400 pounds (!). Impressive.

Watch the video to see the White House in gingerbread up close and get a peek at its construction.
