WATCH: Who Attacked Andy Cohen on 'Real Housewives of Orange County' Reunion?

Another season, another heated reunion! Not only are the women feuding as the season comes to an end, but Andy Cohen has a new nemesis

Admit it. Sometimes you question whether a show like The Real Housewives Of Orange County is "real" at all. But even if it's true that the actions of these outlandish women are highly edited for our entertainment, producers can't control everything. And that became crystal clear during the taping of the season 7 reunion show on June 5th.

Host Andy Cohen was mid-sentence, asking Tamra Barney a question, when he was attacked by…

(a) Vicki Gunvalson? (Perhaps she was incensed at Cohen for giving air time to her old best friend/new nemesis?)

(b) Heather Dubrow? (Maybe he failed to show up at her latest extravagant soiree?)

(c) An angry bird? (Maybe the women's incessant squawking attracted the feathered friend?)

Watch the clip for Cohen's humorous encounter with his attacker:

Yep, the answer is C, although the bird didn't actually seem all that angry -- just bewildered by finding itself inside a TV studio.

The women reacted as you would expect any self-respecting, beautifully manicured vixen of a certain age would: They jumped in the air and screamed. By the way, so did Cohen, who later tweeted: "That's a wrap on Epic #RHOC. I got attacked."

Eventually, the bird landed on a fruit basket. "This gives a whole new meaning to the word "Tweet'," quipped Dubrow. Actually, Heather, birds owned that term long before computers were invented.

Besides the bird encounter, we won't know what else went down until the first part of the show airs on Tuesday, July 10th. We know that the taping was "heated" thanks to Gretchen Rossi's tweet on the day of filming, and Wetpaint got a little intel about what we can expect:

"At the end of the day, Alexis [Bellino] is still very hurt but she had made a commitment to attend the reunion and she wanted to keep it," a source revealed. "So she went and said her piece. She addressed what she believed was a severe case of bullying on that [Costa Rica] trip."

The same spy divulged that during the reunion, "Vicki really had [Alexis'] back. They've developed a pretty strong friendship at this point. Off-camera, I know they've been hanging out quite a bit lately."

The same can't be said for Gretchen Rossi and Alexis, whose relationship at this point is "pretty strained." Thankfully, Gretchen seems to have picked up Tamra as a new bestie along the way. And based on previews for Tuesday's episode, Vicki wants no part of that friendship -- she and Tamra seem to be over! Watch a sneak peek of next week's season finale here:
