Ginger is a proven nausea-fighter. A 2010 study from the University of Western Sydney showed that it not only improves nausea in early pregnancy, but it makes you vomit less (always a good thing!). Try eating ginger candies, drinking ginger tea or downing ginger ale made with real ginger.
