The Victorians assigned each month of the year its own flower, and wearing or carrying the right bloom for your wedding date was believed to bring good luck. Find your wedding month and the corresponding good luck flower:


  • January: snowdrop
  • February: primrose
  • March: jonquil
  • April: sweet pea
  • May: lily of the valley
  • June: rose
  • July: larkspur
  • August: poppy
  • September: morning glory
  • October: cosmos
  • November: chrysanthemum
  • December: holly
