Fetal Development Week 3: See Your Baby Grow


The fertilized egg (or blastocyst) makes its way through the fallopian tube toward the uterus, where it implants and begins to grow. At the end of this week, you may notice your first pregnancy symptom in the form of some bleeding when implantation occurs. Don't worry, it’s normal.
