With the 4th falling on Sunday this year, we won’t blame you if you’re all barbequed out when it’s time for the evening fireworks to kick off in your town.

Luckily, you can catch plenty of festivities from the comfort of your cushy couch, while reveling in the miracle that is air-conditioning, beating both the heat and the crowds. Don’t worry, you’re still being patriotic. Just comfy-style!

- At 9 p.m., over on NBC, you can catch Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular live from New York City, complete with appearances by the cast of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse -- who, with their $65 million one-day take at the box office this week, definitely have reason to celebrate! Also appearing at the celebration: Enrique Iglesias, LeAnn Rimes and, of course, Canadian heartthrob Justin Bieber. After all, what would American tweens do without him?

- Looking for something a bit more classic? Starting at 10 p.m., CBS kicks it old-school with their Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, hosted by wry-yet-hilarious Late, Late Show star Craig Ferguson and featuring performances from country crooners Rascal Flatts, Toby Keith, and, naturally, the Boston Pops, who’ll be doing Tchaikovsky's “1812 Overture”.

- PBS will broadcast from D.C. with A Capitol Fourth, starting at 8 p.m. and hosted by Jimmy Smits, featuring the National Symphony Orchestra (also scheduled to perform the exciting “1812 Overture”). All-American Gladys Knight, American Idol star David Archuleta, Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker will add their talents to the lineup.
