Salmon with Blueberry Mango Salsa

"This recipe is full of powerful brain foods. Salmon is jam-packed with cell-hydrating omega-3 fatty acids," says Chrissy Wellington, a nutritionist at Canyon Ranch in Lenox. "Even better, it is low in calories and saturated fat which makes it the number one choice for a person who is watching calories. Blueberries are known to neutralize free radical damage in the body, which may lead to various diseases such as cancer. Blueberries may also protect the brain from oxidative stress, in turn slowing down the aging process."
