Welcome to your first day of the NeverSayDiet Community Challenge. Over the next six weeks, you'll find that it's easy and fun to make a simple change a day to help you achieve your goal.
Here's how the challenge works. Each week day, you will get a daily email reminding you to check the Community Challenge calendar for your assignment of the day. Mondays and Wednesdays, you'll get a tip from Kathy Smith for making fitness more fun or getting more out of your workouts. Tuesdays and Thursdays you'll get a healthy eating tip from Madelyn Fernstrom, and on Fridays you'll get a fun self-reflection exercise from Leslie Goldman.
Because some participants may want a daily exercise routine, our exercise coach, Kathy Smith has also created daily exercise assignments that you can download each week, print and stick on your fridge. These are only optional. You don't have to participate in them to be part of the challenge. Some participants may find trying the exercise tips on Mondays and Wednesdays are enough for them.
Be sure to visit the NeverSayDiet Community Challenge forum to chat with fellow challenge participants, find a workout buddy to support you and talk with your coaches Kathy, Madelyn and Leslie. They will answer a few questions on the forum each week.
