When I was a kid, I loved almost every vegetable imaginable. Lima beans? Yep. Broccoli? Yum. Eggplant? Delish. I wasn't a fan of Brussels sprouts, but I'd only had them once, at some kind of buffet, and they were mushy and stinky and gross. They're now one of my favorite veggies—I love them roasted or sauteed and will always order them on a restaurant menu.
