There are four components to losing those last 10 pounds.
1. Follow a balanced healthy meal plan that is at least a 500 to 1000 calories less than your daily burn rate.
2. Follow an exercise plan that incorporates cardiovascular training, resistance training and flexibility training. 
3.  Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. So if you weight 150 pounds, you should be drinking 75 ounces of water.
4. Take a natural multivitamin and a fish oil supplement.
