Day1: High Intensity Cardio (Sprint Intervals on any type of cardio equipment)
Day 2: Total Body Circuit Training (Weight training for your upper body, lower body, core with very little rest in between each set.)
Day 3- Steady State Cardio. Do you favorite cardio exercise and maintain a heart rate of 75% of your max for the entire 30 minutes.
Day 4- Total Body Circuit Training
Day 5- Yoga
