chime in nowHere’s what you’ll need for this project:
3’ x 4’ sheet metal, such as Amerimax Home Products 3’ x 4’ Galvanized Sheet ($14.75 from The Home Depot)
A large piece of cardboard that is at least as large as the sheet metal. (The best way to get this is to cut open a large cardboard box so that it's the correct size.)
3’ x 4’ wood picture frame, such as AR2 Studio Frame ($80 at PictureFrames.com)
A Logan Graphics 500-1 Dual Point Driver ($47 at Amazon.com) and Flex Inserts ($4.34 at Amazon.com) are a good investment if you’ll be making more than one board. Otherwise small nails and a hammer will work just fine.
Wire to attach to the back of the frame for hanging
Wire cutter
Screwdriver
Self-healing cutting mat
Box cutter
Work gloves
