At 32, Ashton Kutcher is only 11 years older than wife Demi Moore's oldest daughter Rumer, who's 21. But that doesn't mean he can't be an authority figure!
"Im kind of the disciplinarian dad," the actor tells iVillage of his relationship with his stepdaughters – Rumer, Scout, 18, and Tallulah, 16. "I'm like the curfew guy. I'm the one that ends up going, 'Alright, you have to start working. What are you going to do for a summer job?'"
The actor, who stars opposite Katherine Heigl in the new action-comedy Killers (out in theaters June 4), also opened up about his surprisingly friendly relationship with Moore's ex-husband, Bruce Willis. So, what's their secret for getting along? "A lot of booze," jokes Kutcher.
"Bruce and I just get along," he says. "I think what we realize about each other is we have a mutual appreciate for laughter, for life, for our girls. And we both know we have good taste in women!"
