On a diet? Don't forget to eat your eggs, ice cream, pizza and bacon. Say what? CNN reports "bad-rap" foods are a dieter's best friend by helping you feel fuller—if done right.

  • Stick to a half-cup serving of indulgent ice cream.
  • Make your pizza healthier with thin, whole-wheat crust and crunchy veggie toppings
  • Enjoy a three-ounce serving (think: deck of cards) of lean red meat—sirloin or strip. Lean protein promotes fullness and squelches hunger.
