Have you heard of e.l.f. cosmetics? Whatever you just answered doesn't matter because NOW YOU HAVE! And now your life can begin to change for the better. e.l.f., which stands for Eyes Lips Face, is by far the most inexpensive, high-quality cosmetics on the market -- according to me. And a couple of small-time magazines, I don't know maybe you've heard of them: Cosmopolitan?! Redbook?! Glamour?!
e.l.f.'s philosophy is that beauty comes from within and their goal is to enable every woman to look and feel her personal best through blah blah blah yadda yadda yadda... You've heard this all before. Bottom line: THIS STUFF IS CHEAP.
They have an Essentials line, a Studio line and a Minerals line.
The Essentials line is the most basic. Consider it the Julia Stiles of the three -- pretty ordinary but still packs a punch. For example, you can get a "Clique Girlz Picks" palette that comes with four lip glosses, four nail polishes, blush, bronzer, eye liner and mascara for $17!
Their Studio line is their Angelina Jolie -- slightly more expensive, higher quality and may cause you to feel so pretty that you adopt a tribe of African babies. But, by more expensive, we're talking a limited-edition eye shadow palette (that comes with 100 colors!) for $10. WHAT?! Well slap my face and call me Margret because that's an amazing price.
Lastly, their Minerals line is the more natural of the three. Consider it the Daryl Hannah. You can buy these products online, but you can also sometimes find them in places like Target. So keep your eyes peeled. It's the first time in your life that you're encouraged to look for elves. Peh heh heh.
Now, I'm going to tell you how to apply the stuff:
I hope all of this helps (and makes you look purrty).
Now it's your turn to tell me what's inside your makeup bag! Chime in below!
