White Chocolate Mint Bark

    Ingredients

    16 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped and melted Green food coloring gel
    1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

      Line a baking sheet with foil. Stir the peppermint extract into the melted chocolate. Transfer half of the chocolate to a separate bowl and stir in 2 or 3 drops of the food coloring until the desired shade of green is reached.

      Spoon the green white chocolate onto the pan and spread to 1/8-inch thick. Randomly spoon white chocolate over it and use a chopstick to swirl the colors into each other, keeping the thickness to 1/8 inch. Tap the pan on the counter to settle chocolate and smooth on top.

      Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 1 hour. Cut into pieces and serve!
