After catching James Cameron's eye in the 2004 Australian hit Somersault, the director became such a fan of the 33-year-old Aussie actor that he suggested the relative unknown for a starring role opposite Christian Bale in McG’s 2009 film Terminator: Salvation -- and later cast him as the paraplegic hero of his epic Avatar. Already getting mega-buzz for his turn in the budget-breaking blockbuster, Worthington's encore will be the Greek god-themed action-drama Clash of the Titans (out April 2). And, then, of course, there’s talk of an Avatar sequel. Still, the former bricklayer remains humble: “I didn't set out to be famous,” he has said. “If I'd wanted that, I would have gone on Big Brother.”
