Whole Foods Peanut Butter Cookie Recall


According to Food Safety News, Whole Foods Market has recalled its 3 oz. Peanut Butter Cookies and 3 oz. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies due to possible Salmonella contamination in the peanut butter used to make both products. The recalled cookies were sold before Sept. 29, 2012 in the self-serve cases of all Whole Foods Market stores in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. PLU codes are 47963 and 22096100000. No illnesses have been reported.
