Why Jennifer Grey Won't Get Botox

The Dancing with the Stars favorite -- who's known for her previous plastic surgeries -- is finally happy with her looks

Jennifer Grey has been wow-ing Dancing With the Stars viewers for weeks now, emerging as the show's front-runner. But the 50-year-old Dirty Dancing star says that as the premiere of Season 11 loomed, she became concerned with her appearance.

"Before the show, I thought, oh, I should get some Botox, get rid of the wrinkles under my eyes," Grey told Us Weekly. "When you put a lot of makeup, the lines become very apparent."

Grey says her husband of nine years, actor Clark Gregg, helped alleviate her concerns, telling her "not to touch anything, to be who I am, because I look great."

Though the actress is no stranger to plastic surgery -- she underwent two nose jobs in the 1990s -- Grey says she's happy she listened to her husband's advice. With an 8-year-old daughter, she says she's hoping to set a good example.

"Aging is inevitable and the idea that we can be eternally youthful is the pitfall of our society," says Grey. "When my body and face were perfect as far as youth, I wasn't happy. If you try to hold on to something you don't have anymore, you can't be happy in the moment."
