Will Britney's Dad Lose Control?
Will Britney Spears actually be back on her own today?
Her dad, Jamie Spears, has been in charge of all of the important decisions in his daughter's life for most of this year, but the conservatorship, which went into effect on Feb. 1, is set to be reviewed in court today. Experts say that Jamie will most likely stay in control, as he's done a pretty good job in keeping the pop star in line, and that Britney's mental stability may be better -- but she's certainly not cured.
"It's rare for someone to regain their capacity in just 60 days," a mental health attorney not involved in Brit's case told People.com. "Britney can only regain control of her life if she proves to the court--backed by medical experts--that she's regained her health."
Today's hearing will also address if the restraining order against creepy stalker Sam Lufti remains in place.
