Another day, another rumor about Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's relationship. You'd think after 18 years together, these two would be considered another boring married couple. But the salacious stories keeping flying. This time, they're inspired by some pictures Will took in a photo booth with his Focus co-star Margot Robbie.
In the photo strip (which is currently on the cover of Star), Smith, 45, and Robbie, 23, are caught on camera doing... goofy poses. That's it. In one, both of them pull up their shirts and flash the camera. In another, Will hugs Margo while she flashes hand signs. Star's source says that the co-stars "let their inhibitions run wild, laughing, hugging and muzzling each other in the dark." Honestly, from what we've seen, it just looks like two tipsy friends crammed into a tiny photo booth, trying to make each other laugh.
And maybe that's suspicious, considering that Jada was halfway across the country at the time. Sources told Star that Will and Margo left together, which would definitely be a red flag.
Except, this is the Smiths we're talking about. And as we all know by now, their definition of marriage is pretty unique. The couple has played coy about the persistent rumor that they have an open relationship. Here's how Jada answered the question a few months ago, when asked if she and Will sleep with other people:
"I've always told Will, 'You can do whatever you want as long as you can look at yourself in the mirror and be okay. Because at the end of the day, Will is his own man. I'm here as his partner, but he is his own man. He has to decide who he wants to be and that's not for me to do for him. Or vice versa."
Pretty ambiguous, right? Will has also revealed that he and Jada didn't include the line "forsaking all others" in their marriage vows. Both have been open about being attracted to other people.
So maybe it's totally cool with Jada if her husband is fooling around with his co-star? Who knows!
For what it's worth, an insider told FOX411 that the two are just friends. However, another source close to Robbie complained that she always gets involved with her co-stars, calling it "a nightmare." (She's also been linked to her Wolf of Wall Street leading man Leonardo DiCaprio.)
Here's a charitable thought: Maybe Will was just trying to give his lesser-known co-star some publicity. Because we're certainly not going to forget her name now!
