Get Them on the Same Schedule – Stat
If your babies leave the hospital on a feeding and sleeping schedule, try to maintain it once you’re home. That means if one wakes up to eat, rouse the other one and feed him at the same time. Naptimes should also be in sync if possible. Don't expect the schedule to stick right away, but keep at it. “Otherwise, you’ll be up 24 hours a day,” says Amy Shoaff, mom of three-and-a-half-year-old twins.
