Each week we pick one woman who's done something to make us proud.
This week, we're simply full of hope that Blind Side star and Oscar winner -- America's Sweetheart, really -- Sandra Bullock makes us proud by taking the high road as her once very private marriage falls to pieces in public. She hasn't said a word since allegations of husband Jesse James' infidelity began highjacking headlines, but she has certainly brought out the empathetic girlfriend in all of us (let's remember, this is a woman who reveled in being a good stepmom and gushed about the guy she believed "had my back.") Now, even fellow Academy Award winner Mo'Nique has been compelled to offer Bullock, 45, a shoulder to cry on.
Let's just say we're not so proud of the women who -- if their stories are true -- entered into affairs with the (allegedly) cheating husband. But we all feel for the glamourous Hollywood star who was flying high on a major career comeback in early March, and whose trusting heart must be breaking right now.
