Sure she's had an ongoing affair behind her husband's back, and sure, she's addicted to drugs that she routinely steals from the very hospital where she works. Nobody's saying nurse Jackie isn't, um, complicated. But no one's saying she's not a good nurse, either. In fact, she's a top notch, attentive and empathetic nurse. It's her life-coping skills that, obviously, need work.
