"It's unbelievable what we can do ... we're awesome jugglers and amazing organizers and crazy … multitaskers! So I think because we can do all that and do that really well, we do forget about ourselves. I think that's kind of the one multitasking moment we forget to put in and it's hard because most of the time we have to choose between sleep and five or ten minutes with yourself and you're like, 'Oh my God, I’m just going to have to sleep.' But we do have to build it into our worlds and it's true. We forget about ourselves."
