You thought you had a hard time fitting in fitness before you had a baby? These days, finding time for a gym trip feels like a cruel joke. But relax, working mama. Did you know that exercise is cumulative? In other words, you don't need to do all of your sweating at once! We rounded up 20 effective moves -- just pick five to fit in over the course of your day and say goodbye to the baby weight!
Slim Your Thighs While You Dry Your Hair
Your time is valuable, so multitask, mama! While you're drying your hair in the morning, don't just stand there -- do some squats, which target your butt and thighs.
Stand tall, feet slightly wider than your hips. Tighten your abs and slowly bend your knees as you sit back imagining a chair behind you that you’re “sitting” into. Keep your weight in your heels and your knees behind your toes. Work your inner thighs and butt to press yourself up to your starting position. Do it for one minute.
The bonus? “Moving your muscles in the morning increases oxygen flow to give you the energy your body needs,” says exercise guru Denise Austin.
