More and more, the CIA is being led by women, many of whom also accept the mission of being a mom

On this morning’s TODAY Show, Ann Curry profiled some of the many women now holding top positions at the Central Intelligence Agency. If you watch Homeland -- which, for many of us, is our only window into the CIA -- it’s hard to imagine super-intense analyst Carrie adopting the lifestyle of a mom. But as more women infiltrate the ranks at the country’s top spy agency, they are figuring out how matters of national security and after-school activities can coexist. In this special clip, Ann Curry asks two top CIA officials how they’ve made it all work:
