It's the million dollar question... will a singer wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet get your American Idol vote?
Remember the heavily tattooed singer, Emily Wynne-Hughes, who sold out her band on Idol during the season premiere? Well, apparently she was busted for allegedly drunk driving back in July.
In addition to the arrest, Emily was ordered to wear a SCRAM bracelet, along with being placed on three years probation. There may be another hearing to get rid of the bracelet, but for now, we'll be seeing the singer with a new "fashion accessory."
Also, a quick fun fact: Emily has pictures exposing her bottom half on her MySpace page.
