Writers' Strike Officially Over!
We can all go back to our normal television-watching habits, as the writer's strike is officially dunzo.
The Writers Guild of America said its members voted Tuesday to end the madness that had us all living in a reality TV pit for three months (though I am loving Paradise Hotel 2, shhh!). Writers will go back to work Wednesday!
"At the end of the day, everybody won. It was a fair deal and one that the companies can live with, and it recognizes the large contribution that writers have made to the industry," said Les Moonves, CEO of CBS.
This means the Oscars will go on, as usual, and our favorite shows will start taping again very soon. To see when your show is scheduled to be back on the tube, click here.
