Yam Biscuits

These rich, hearty biscuits fluff up quite high. Serve them with the Pretend Turtle Soup, and save the leftover biscuits for breakfast. Just rewarm them in the oven and slather them with honey butter. I make my biscuits with canned pumpkin quite often, and they have the same texture and color.
